Ingredients
Avocado Smoothie
1. Ripe Avocados
2. Milk
3. Yoghurt
Place avocado, milk, and yoghurt into a blender and blend until required consistency is achieved.
Peanut butter and Banana Smoothie
1. Bananas
2. Peanut butter
3. Milk
4. Yoghurt
Place bananas, peanut butter, milk and yoghurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
