Sharing a Cultural Tradition
Staff of HVH enjoyed a sampling of Kiribath (Milk Rice), a traditional Sri Lankan dish prepared by Nutrition Co-op student, Ranchana David on July 19th and 22nd.
The Milk Rice was served with Seeni Sambol (Caramelized Onions) and Lunu Miris (Pickled Onions).
Thank you Ranchana for sharing a bit of your culture with us!
Hilltop Highlights and Events

Our annual Painted Lady Butterfly project will commence again this spring. We anticipate receiving our Painted Lady caterpillars during the last week of May. We will watch their transition from caterpillars to butterflies, and then release them into the garden park in early June. Stay tuned for details!
