Accreditation Survey Update
We are excited to announce that Harbour View Haven has been awarded with the Exemplary Standing
from Accreditation Canada! What does this mean? HVH has attained the highest level of performance, achieving excellence in meeting the requirements of the Accreditation Program.
As part of our Accreditation process, HVH’s leadership, governance, clinical programs, and services were held to national standards of excellent. Areas also included staff and resident safety, medication management, falls prevention, wound care protocols and leisure activities just to name a few.
Harbour View Haven has been an Accredited facility since 2012 and we could not be happier to continue providing quality programs and services to our residents. A big thank you and congratulations to everyone who participated in the process including staff, residents, family, volunteers and community partners!
