Forty Days and forty nights! A time for a Lenten Retreat!
As we walk the journey Christ took into the wilderness, we ask for forgiveness for the wrongs we have done to others, and for the things we should have done but were too afraid to take a risk to help make change. As did Jesus, we ask for the words of Holy scriptures to help us to turn our ways to bring light where truth needs to be known, where compassion is needed to heal and bring hope, where our words of forgiveness for others will plant seed of love that can grow into miracles beyond our imagination. LORD HEAR OUR PRAYER!
